NSPIRE Field Calculator ("the App") is operated by an individual developer. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.
Information you provide: The App does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use its core features.
Inspection data: All inspection data you enter (property names, addresses, deficiency counts, scores) is stored locally on your device only. This data is never transmitted to our servers.
Purchase information: When you purchase inspection tokens, the transaction is handled by Apple via In-App Purchase. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We use RevenueCat to manage and verify purchase receipts. RevenueCat may collect and process certain identifiers to validate transactions — see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details.
The App uses purchase receipt data solely to grant inspection tokens and restore prior purchases. We do not sell, rent, or share any personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
All inspection records are stored on your device using local storage. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete this data. We recommend exporting PDF reports of any inspections you wish to retain before uninstalling.

The App is intended for professional use by housing inspectors and property managers. It is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
